Tucked away in the rolling hills of Western New York, this chalet features a large wood deck with a Weber grill & sitting area, as well as a walk-down path to an eight-person hot tub & an unilock fire pit with Adirondack chairs, we provide CAMPFIRE WOOD!! State of the art Stuv indoor fireplace for cozy cabin days!!

Beautiful wood beam chalet, is the perfect Ellicottville getaway. The views from inside and outside the chalet are amazing. This chalet has 2 bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. The loft features 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. There are 2 Full bathrooms with walk in shower. We provide all linens and pillows. We have a full kitchen with cook ware. 12 cup coffee maker. Weber BBQ and a 8 person hot tub. Enjoy the nights at our large unilock paver fire pit with red Adirondack chairs or chill by the Stuv fireplace on cold nights insdie. The lower level features a great area for kids to hang, play ping pong, pac man or just chill and watch a movie! Hikers! We have a Finger Lake Hiking Trail near our property. Hike right out the door. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. We absolutely loved this home. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Our weekend in Ellicottville was nothing short of incredible, thanks to this beautiful and thoughtfully curated Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that felt more like a retreat than a rental. The home had a picture-perfect setting — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated — with all the amenities we needed to relax and reconnect as a family. It was spotless, well appointed , loved the firepit and hot tub! The views of the mountains were stunning and the host, Rob, was super accommodating ! We will be back!

The chalet, view, amenities and location were perfect! We had a wonderful family ski weekend. We all enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the teens especially enjoyed the game room. That space was a little bit smaller than photos made it appear but a nice addition. Just a quick five minute drive from downtown (amazing restaurants & shopping) and Holiday Valley. We also used the recommendation to hire Chef Ricky for our dinner on Saturday and it was incredible. He’s a delight to be around too. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful home with all kinds of fun activities— the boys loved ping pong, pac man and the hot tub was perfect. So convenient to be so close to Holiday Valley but with so much privacy!

We had a great stay. It was perfect for 2 families, with lots of space for everyone. We were only about 10 minutes from Holiday Valley. The chalet is exactly as pictured, with beautiful surroundings, cozy living area, and deer outside our window. Rob & Lisa were always helpful and available with any questions we had.

Beautiful place in ellicotvvile close to holiday valley hot tub was a great touch and there’s an outdoor fire pit. Would be great for a group or a few friends looking to ski and I’m sure would be beautiful year round too. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend

The pines chalet was amazing! The view is breathtaking especially with fresh fallen snow. The house was very clean and welcoming. It was Beautifully decorated, looks just like the pictures. House is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with. My kids loved the ping pong table, giant jenga and Pac-Man arcade game. The fireplace was very easy to operate, it kept the home nice and cozy. The beds were comfy and they had extra linens if needed. The hot tub is a nice touch especially in the cold winter. Nothing like sitting out in a hottub during a snowfall! The town and Holiday valley is a quick 5-8 minute drive down the road. The owners were quick & very responsive. We will definitely visit here again next time we plan a long ski trip! Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Our family had the most magical weekend here. We enjoyed the absolutely stunning home with magnificent views. We were very cozy and with the snow falling it felt like we were in a snow globe. For snow lovers like us, it was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub. The home was big enough for all of us to have our own space and stretch out. We laughed so hard we cried! We enjoyed the games including the ping pong table. None of us will ever forget this weekend. The driveway, stairs, and balconies were cleared of snow each day we were there. Our instructions for everything were clear and simple. I really liked how all of the light switches were labeled! Very thoughtful.

We stayed for a mother daughter get away and it was perfect!! The house was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed! Close to downtown but far enough away where it felt private. Absolutely beautiful property! Hosts were extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!!
