We had a wonderful stay at this chalet. The home was extremely clean, well cared for, and perfect for a relaxing ski getaway. Everything was exactly as described and made for a very comfortable stay. The owners were excellent—responsive, helpful, and clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ellicottville

This is exactly what you want for a winter retreat destination. The location was close enough to the town but secluded enough to make you feel like you were in a cabin in the wilderness. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The pièce de résistance was the living room with floor to ceiling windows. It even snowed on our last day which made it look like we were in a snow globe. Highly recommend this place. We will be using this property again when we venture back to Ellicottville next February.

This is the perfect cabin that’s situated in the perfect setting. Just far enough away from town to get away from everything yet still close enough to not be an inconvenience. The location is ideal for being surrounded by nature and truly presents the opportunity to unwind.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful home with our family. It was spacious, cozy, and perfect for kids. We enjoyed snow tubing and relaxing in the hot tub. A wonderful place for a family getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful ski vacation getaway this week. The Chalet is beautiful , modern decor and cozy! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, I highly recommend the chalet! It’s nestled in a beautiful pine tree forest.

The Airbnb was great! Plenty of space for our group and had all the amenities we were looking for. Rob and Lisa were super responsive and helpful with booking and checking in/out. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful and secluded area, but still only a few miles outside of Ellicottville. close to skiing, shopping, restaurants, and hiking. very cozy and clean place, and the hottub was great especially with everything covered in snow!

We had an amazing stay at The Pines Chalet! The home is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing with a family. The views from the living room and wrap-around deck were stunning, and we especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The cozy indoor fireplace added to the chalet’s getaway vibe. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend this beautiful retreat for your next vacation!
